(1) Raise your Japanese level and take N1
It is written in the job postings of Japanese companies that foreigners will be hired, but in fact, more than 90% of companies have foreigners who have N1.
In particular, manufacturers such as Toyota and Hitachi require Japanese language proficiency above N1.
N1 and above: A foreigner whose nationality is other than Japan and who has spent his or her education up to junior high school in Japan.
In order to work at a Japanese company, it is necessary to appeal in Japanese during the interview process your own skills and how you can contribute to the company.
If you can’t speak Japanese, you won’t be able to present yourself in an interview, and as a result, you’ll end up being rejected.

In other words, companies place more emphasis on Japanese language proficiency than skills and experience when hiring.

In the case of Mid-career, they will check their skills intensively.
Even if you can’t speak Japanese well at N3 level, you will be hired if you have more than 5 years of experience and high skills.
In particular, technical jobs such as engineers require more experience and skills than Japanese.

The older you get, the more difficult it becomes to remember something new.
If you can’t speak Japanese very well, you should thoroughly hone your skills.
If you are good at Japanese, take N1.
If you are not good at Japanese, let’s improve your skills.

The reason is that Japanese people do not apply to those industries.
But this is your chance.
Because of the lack of manpower, the hiring rate is relatively high.
If you apply for a job that Japanese people don’t work in, you’ll find a job right away.
Working in a factory may be tough at first, but if you work long hours, you will be promoted to a full-time employee.
You can also take care of your work, and by improving your career, you can increase your annual income at the next job change.
(2) Work as a temporary employee of a temporary agency.
Working at a temporary agency is the best way for foreigners to work.Most foreigners are affiliated with a temporary staffing agency.
This is because dispatch companies have a lot of job openings for foreigners to work in.
Even N3 level may be adopted.
In fact, dispatch companies can work as full-time employees by signing a direct employment contract at the client’s destination.
Direct employment for foreigners such as Toyota, which is popular among foreigners, and for office work, etc., is quite difficult because it requires Japanese language level N1 or higher and considerable skills.
However, if you work in a temporary agency, you can improve your skills because you can work at a large company that you normally would never work at.
