■Support for PC troubles and inquiries around the system
└Respond to inquiries about PC settings and products, such as e-mail and environment, etc.

Management and purchasing of PCs, office automation equipment, company smartphones, etc.
└Responds to replacements, maintenance arrangements, etc. Also manages data on various devices.

Set up accounts for PCs and various company-wide tools when employees enter and leave the company.
We issue and delete accounts, register personnel to various tools, etc.

In addition, we manage software licenses, etc.

Technical support

  • Contract employee
Monthly salary: 235,000 yen- [Estimated annual salary: 3.2 million yen in the first year (assuming bonus and 10 hours of overtime work)
Working hours/
9:00 - 17:30 (7 hours and 30 minutes per day / 1 hour break)
2 days off per week
Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays
Year-end and New Year vacations
More than 120 days off per year!
Any of the following work experience
At least six months of help desk or technical support experience
JLPT N1 or higher
Work location
