Promotion of each project as the person in charge of on-site development
Organizational management of the entire development team

Development Overview
Functional development of web apps for web browsers
Functional development of mini-applications for PayPay apps
Development Methodology and Supported Tasks
Scrum team handles the entire process from requirement definition to release
Team composition
Around 8 to 10 people including planners and designers
(Development examples: Usage alerts, biometric authentication (FaceID), family card credit card registration, etc.)

Determined in accordance with the Company's regulations based on experience, skills, performance, and contribution
- Working hours/
Holidays - Super-flex system (no core time)
Principle: 9:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. (7 hours and 45 minutes actual work time + 1 hour break time)
Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and company-designated days
- Qualification
- Any of the following work experience
At least 5 years of experience in the following two areas
1) Back-end development experience with either Java or Kotlin
2) Experience in front-end development with TypeScript, JavaScript / Vue.js, Nuxt.js, Node.js, or React
Agile development experience
JLPT N1 or higher
