■Internal SE work experience (more than 3 years)

Able to think and act proactively on your own.
Understanding of the sequence of events from requirement generation to release.
Experience in requirement definition (3 years or more)
Experience in programming (any language)
Experience negotiating with IT vendors
Experience in TBL design in RDB or understanding of TBL concept
JLPT N2 or higher
