The main responsibilities of this position are to be involved in projects related to the transportation, delivery and installation of heavy materials.
The work includes preliminary surveys and cost estimates prior to receiving orders, work plans for construction after receiving orders, acquisition of permits and approvals, and meetings with customers,
The candidate will be in charge of construction management during construction.
Construction control
- Salary
- Monthly salary: ¥233,000~.
Annual income: 3,675,000 yen to 7,650,000 yen
- Working hours/
Holidays - 8:30-17:30 (Prescribed working hours: 8 hours and 0 minutes)
◇Annual holidays: 111 days (fiscal year 2023)
◇Two days off per week (Basically, Saturdays and Sundays are off.)
- Qualification

Experience in construction management (whether construction, equipment, civil engineering, or plant management)
Experience in plant maintenance
JLPT N2 or higher
