We are looking for a person who can provide helpdesk and technical support to customers at the data center of a major telecommunications company.
You will provide support to users in order to solve problems related to PCs and other IT equipment.
You will be responsible for providing general technical support related to IT equipment, from PC installation planning to software troubles and vendor management.

- Salary
- Estimated annual salary: 3,000,000 yen to 5,000,000 yen
Monthly salary: 200,000 yen - 358,333 yen
- Working hours/
Holidays - Shift work
Early shift] 8:00-16:30 [Late shift] 9:00-17:30
2 days off per week (plus Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays), summer vacation, year-end and New Year vacations
Paid vacations: 10 to 20 days
Annual holidays: Approximately 120 days
