We are looking for a person who can work at the customer's site to maintain and support IT systems.

Specific job duties include
　◆Fault handling
　　Receives escalation from monitoring staff and obtains logs from Monzennakacho base for investigation.
　　Obtain logs from servers and NW equipment for investigation.
　　Explain the problem to the customer after understanding the result of investigation in cooperation with the vendor.

　Routine work
　Periodic server resource information/access log acquisition
　Restart server OS, restart services, create certificates, and acquire information.
　Support for account creation/certificate issuance/testing for provided services
　Support for development vendor work
　Participation in emergency drills and regular meetings
