Technical Support for "Doctor Cube," an Appointment Management System for Medical Institutions
We are looking for a technical support person to provide support and helpdesk services for inquiries from medical institutions that have introduced "Doctor Cube", the industry's No.1 market share (according to Yano Research Institute) medical appointment management system.
Technical support
- Salary
- Monthly salary: 250,000 yen to 400,000 yen
Annual income: 3,724,000 yen to 6,500,000 yen
- Working hours/
Holidays - Monday through Friday (2 days off per week)
Flextime system Standard working hours: 8 hours
120 days off per year
- Qualification
- College or junior college graduate or higher
Basic PC knowledge and skills
(IT Passport level is assumed)
JLPT N1 or higher
