The successful candidate will be responsible for providing IT Helpdesk services to dSPACE Japan employees.
Supporting internal users (responding to inquiries, escalating to the global team in English, and making announcements)
Application support (responding to inquiries about various applications, registering, deleting, and modifying applications in the system)
PC kitting and operation (PC setup, application installation, hardware/software troubleshooting)
Smartphone kitting and operation
IT asset management (equipment ordering, asset registration, inventory control and inventory, IT equipment storage and repair requests)
Initial response to each IT failure (network, server, business application)
- Estimated annual salary: 4,500,000 yen - 6,000,000 yen (annual salary system, 12 installments)
Monthly:375,000 yen - 500,000 yen (12 installments)
- Working hours/
2 days off per week (holidays are Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays)
10 to 20 days of paid vacation per year (the minimum number of days is the number of days granted immediately after employment)
123 days off per year
General knowledge of IT (network, server, PC, cloud, Office products such as Excel and Outlook)
At least 2 years of IT helpdesk or PC kitting experience.
JLPT N1 or higher
