- Model annual salary: 7 million yen/principal, 385,000 yen/month + 25 hours of overtime per month, 4.4 months bonus
- Working hours/
Holidays - 2 days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays)
128 days off per year (fiscal year 2023)
