As a group leader or sub-group leader, you will serve as the customer contact and be responsible for the proper operation of multiple projects. In addition, you will be responsible for overall optimization, cost, schedule, and quality control in cooperation with the person in charge of the China offshore side.
If you become a group leader, you will be responsible for a single client company as a whole, and will also be responsible for achieving targets such as revenue and profit margins.
Manage multiple client accounts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities: - Presales activities (proposal of project acquisition, support and assistance for projects, etc.)

- Qualification

At least 5 years of experience in software development
At least 3 years of experience in project management
Experience in quality control, resource management, cost management, risk management, and schedule management for the entire project
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in project management based on systematic methodologies such as PMBOK
Experience in proposal preparation
