Assistant Manager / Store Manager Candidate
After 3 months of on-the-job training and in-house training, you will learn operations related to store management.
・Store operations such as the hall and kitchen
・Shift preparation (to develop communication skills with part-timers)
・Coaching and training part-time staff
- Salary
- Assistant manager, manager candidate: ¥235,140～¥255,140/month
Store manager: 285,140 yen to 325,140 yen per month
Area manager candidate: 325,140 yen - 450,000 yen or more
- Working hours/
Holidays - 2 days off per week
110 days off per year + 5 days for annual leave obligation
Including 3 days of summer vacation and 3 days of winter vacation
- Qualification
- Non-experienced employees are welcome. Possible to start as a manager candidate.
Academic background not required, new graduates welcome!
Even part-time experience is fine, so if you have experience in customer service or cooking, you can make use of your experience
