Inexperienced IT help desk / change job
After completing one month of training, you will be assigned to provide IT-related administrative support to a major company. During the training, you will receive thorough training in business manners and basic IT knowledge.
We are looking for a person who has no experience in the industry to join our team.
・Responding to inquiries and setting up PCs.
・Create accounts, set PWs, and modify or abolish access privileges
・Creation of work procedures and other documents, support for meetings and events
・Technical helpdesk, etc.
- Monthly salary 220,000 yen (including a flat regional allowance) + 100% overtime pay
Assumed annual salary 3.2 million yen
Salary revision once a year
Bonus twice a year
- Working hours/
More than 120 days off per year
Year-end and New Year vacations (12/30 - 1/3)
- At least 1 year of working experience
(Basic PC operation is required.) ・Experience in customer negotiation
Experience in customer negotiation (sales, customer service/sales, clerical work, or any other type of work is acceptable)
English skills (ability to read, write, and speak English on a daily basis)
