Annual income: 3,060,000 yen and up

Business level Japanese and English language skills (telephone, e-mail, documents)
JLPT N2 or above
※In addition to the above, experience in one of the following
At least 1 year of experience supporting foreign companies in English
1+ years of IT helpdesk or user support experience
Experience in simple troubleshooting of client PCs (Windows 10)
Experience in troubleshooting problems while communicating with overseas teams in English
