Cloud Engineer / change job
Bilingual help desk support for a large foreign company.
・Support for client PCs and internal system backups.
・Provide support for client PCs, internal system backups, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Working hours/
- 2 days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays)
Year-end and New Year vacations
- Business level Japanese (N2 or equivalent) and English (TOEIC 700 or equivalent)
(telephone, e-mail, document preparation, etc.)
・Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure
・Experience in call center operations such as technical support.
・Those who have no experience but already have certifications related to IT infrastructure such as CCNA, LPIC, etc.
